Potato Rainbow

Potatoes have been pulled up for the season and are now stored in a bin for later use. We lost our entire crop of potatoes last year due to a disease so we've been working on rebuilding the soil. While this year's crop wasn't back to 100%, it was much better than expected. And besides, the rainbow of colors we pulled up was fun. Sweet potato plants are in the ground now and looking strong, but because of the 100+ heat we've been dealing with this week, we're having to stay on top of watering them. Young sweet potato plants like to stay wet!
