Thanksgiving Menu

We spent Thanksgiving across town with our only local set of parents and enjoyed stuffing ourselves with an excellent (turkey-free) spread: Grilled locally caught tuna with wasabi sauce; collards, turnips and rutabagas grown by a neighbor, baked acorn squash and homemade fresh cranberry and pear sauce... and of course, pumpkin pie.
